  1. Weekly Calls with me (held Tuesdays at 8PM)

Every week, for 3 weeks, you will meet with me and a group of amazing women who are ready to feel better in their bodies and with food this summer.  

For 75-90 minutes beginning Tuesday June 10th and then for two subsequent Tuesday nights, I will guide you through the steps of the program, we will review your goals and your progress, and address concerns or “stuckness.” You will benefit from the support and encouragement of everyone else on the call. 

Each week, you will get “homework” assignments (don’t worry, they’re fun!) to implement which will help you take action toward reaching your goals.

  1. Weekly check-in calls with me

Each week, you may sign up for a time to talk privately with me for 10 minutes.  This is often referred to as “laser coaching” because we focus in on your concern or question and quickly find solutions that you can implement immediately.  I know how important this kind of contact is for many people, and it’s a valuable aspect of this program. I want you to feel supported every step of the way.

  1. Unlimited email support from me during the program

Stuck?  Email me. Have a question? Email me.  Feeling concerned, overwhelmed, or great? Let me know! You will have access to me as often as you like for immediate feedback (I always respond within 24 hours), answers to your questions, or simply to share successes. I find this kind of support is critical to helping people stay focused and on track.

  1. Access to fellow participants through a private, members-only on-line forum

In addition to our weekly group calls, you will be able to collaborate, ask questions, and share information with all the other women in the program.  There is nothing like this kind of supportive group to help you on your journey.

  1. Supplemental Materials

Following each call, you will receive materials that relate to the topics we discussed. These include educational information, activities, shopping lists, and other relevant information.

  1. Collection of Summer Recipes

You will receive a packet of delicious and simple summer recipes that will nourish your body and your spirit (I promise, nothing fancy)
  1. Weekly “Success Journal” to help keep you on track

Not able to make it to a call, or simply want to listen again? No problem. You will have access to the recordings and may listen as often as you like.
